Not only was the site a redesign, but we were tasked with upgrading their e-commerce to increase the number of sales made through their website.
Not your standard e-commerce
At a high level, the goal of Beswick.com is simple, get people to buy parts, but the complexity behind how all of that happens presents a system that requires something a bit more than your average e-commerce site. Not only do orders need to be taken, but they need to be integrated with the existing workflow of the company, with the aim of increasing productivity and streamlining the digitization of orders.
A fully responsive e-commerce experience
Given the rise in mobile devices over the past decade, it has become increasingly important for any business to have a mobile presence, especially an e-commerce site. As part of our redesign, we focused on ensuring that the new Beswick.com would be mobile, tablet, and desktop friendly, allowing customers to buy parts wherever they are, whether on the go on at their desk.
