An Exceptional Site for Exceptional Tours
When ACIS was looking to overhaul their existing site, they turned to Bowst with a goal of creating a new design that could clearly and consistently convey the message of “exceptional” and “care” . To meet this objective, we used WordPress and created a Python API to connect with their Oracle DB.
Bowst created a new path for ACIS to take a detour from its usual course into something more creative and modern that suits the trend of booking travels today. With the upgrades on the booking system that we’ve installed into their website, you are sure to get the seat you want on the trip, hassle-free and more conveniently.

Being a leader in the education travel space, ACIS cares about the customer experience from the moment they think about travel. Working closely with their internal marketing and IT team, we were able to meet their objectives using WordPress for the marketing side of things, and React and Python for a seamless trip management experience.
On each landing page, Bowst has uploaded all the information you’ll need to learn about their travel services and get a clear picture of where you’re headed to with any deals you might have with ACIS. Each tab has specific information you need to know such as the company’s contact information and some background about what they do.

Forget about booking your trip so many months ahead of time. ACIS’ new CRM program, all queries regarding travel, schedule, availability, and more have been answered. Awe-striking clear photos of the previous and current travels with students, teachers, and parents were uploaded to ensure that customers get a glimpse of how fun each journey is going to be.
Bowst lets you access the services offered by ACIS through updating its social media pages including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and Twitter. Python’s ability to manage back end support more efficiently revolutionized the site’s live chat, email, and other customer support channels. ACIS on mobile or desktop won’t keep you waiting. Browsing the website has been made faster and so much easier that you need not more than a minute to see the page you are looking for in your account. Bowst optimized the contents of each page, making every word relevant and the HTML properly written to avoid logging or any errors to occur. This way, better customer experience is achieved.
